Minecraft 26.1 Support

Overview

This PR ports AppleSkin from 1.21.11-fabric (v3.0.8) to Minecraft 26.1 (Fabric).

Since versions prior to 26.1 rely on Yarn mappings, this update adapts field and method mappings accordingly and validates core functionality under the new version.

Known Issues

• Incorrect rendering of saturation depletion overlay (visual shadow issue)

• Tested under Minecraft 26.1 + Fabric Loader (0.18.4) + Fabric API (0.144.3+26.1) + Loom (1.15-SNAPSHOT)
• Core functionality works as expected
• No crashes or major compatibility issues observed
