fix(ci): regenerate manifest.json after #2 merge#4

PR #2 (GoodWe GW8KN-ET + GARO GLB drivers) added the Lua files but did not regenerate manifest.json. CI on main has been failing since the merge. Output of `go run ./cmd/driverrepo -write-manifest`. No driver code changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
Restores green CI on main. PR #2 added two new drivers but didn't refresh `manifest.json`; the verifier wants it re-baked.
Pure output of `go run ./cmd/driverrepo -write-manifest` — no Lua changes.
