pisnes roms have been moved to a different directory

So this commit has snes9x check the real folder, rather than the symlinked folder. Debating on wether this is the best course of action. |

Ah, I was just going off of my latest install of 0.7.9. I don't think the ~/roms/ folder exists on a clean install anymore :( That would obviously be a far better fix |

weird....it should. Time to do another clean install! |
