Fixed basic_1node_1smp.py

I've made several changes to basic_1node_1smp.py so that it runs properly on modern SST with Opal.

1. Fixed the issues with indentation that resulted in modern Python complaining about an inconsistent use of tabs and spaces as well as unexpected indentations, which prevented it from processing the script. The script now consistently uses spaces instead of tabs, as per the SST coding standards.
2. Modified the script so that an SST link is only created when that link will actually be connected, which prevents ConfigGraph from failing with Found unused link:... messages, allowing the script to run successfully.
3. Fixed naming to follow modern SST naming conventions.
