fixed indexing bug in applyDirichletBCs(). hard-coded fix in computeInvM() for vector-valued first parabolic field. there's still some issue with the Dirichlet BCs that I haven't found yet.

fixed the Dirichlet BCs issue, turned out it was that the index used in computeLHS() wasn't updated properly. Still need to generalize hard-coded fix in computeInvM()
