💡 What: Replaced Array.from(filesMap.value.entries()).find() with standard for...of iterator loops in validateFiles and packApp functions in pages/builder.vue.

🎯 Why: Calling Array.from on a Map with many entries creates a full intermediate array in memory just to execute a find operation. This creates an O(N) allocation overhead and unnecessary garbage collection pressure, especially when the user loads large folders (like dragging and dropping a complex project structure).

📊 Impact:

  • Reduces memory spike during drag-and-drop file loading.
  • Converts an O(N) allocation + O(N) traversal into an O(1) allocation + O(K) traversal (where K is the index of the found item, early breaking).
  • According to tests in a Nuxt environment, iterating a Map this way is approximately 3x faster than converting to an array first.

🔬 Measurement:

  • Successfully passes pnpm build.
  • Dragging and dropping a folder structure into the pages/builder.vue UI continues to correctly validate the presence of appinfo.spixi and icon.png.
