### Desc - 코드 리뷰어 설정을 별도의 설정 대시보드에서 수행할 수 있도록 설정 - 리뷰어 설정을 영구적으로 `chrome.storage.sync`에 저장하도록 처리 - 리뷰어 설정 삭제, 수정 기능 추가 - 설정 페이지는 popup 우상단의 svg 버튼을 통해 이동 - view에 대한 단위 테스트 추가
