User Manual
An Pai is available for free download on the Google Play store for usage on all Android smart phones.
New user's can signup and create an An Pai account for full access to all the app's features.
- Click Signup
- Enter email, phone number, create a username, create and confirm password
- Click Let's Go
User's with an existing account enter the app through login
- Click Login
- Enter email (or username) and password
- Click Let's Go
Selecting guest takes the user straight to the app's home screen. Guests have access to all information available on the app but cannot leave reviews or contribute in the forum.
The main home page is set to show the top 10 restaurants in the immediate area based purely on their ratings. The user can select the filter icon to change the filter settings to sort the top 10 restaurants on price, proximity, cuisine or rating. The home page also has a search bar to search for restaurants by name, cuisine or keyword.
Clicking on the location icon, near the bottom of the screen, takes the user to the map page where the user's location is at the centre of the map and nearby restaurants are marked.
Selecting a restuarant takes the user to the restaurant's page which shows the restaurant's ratings, reviews and contact information as well as a photo of the menu and its English translation.
Once an account is created the account information can be edited by clicking on the person icon at the bottom of the screen. The personal account page also shows the user's favourite restaurants and most recently visited restaurants.
