Description
Adds the CS350 Winter 2019 Midterm exam to the repository. Includes raw exam directory, exam metadata, and the solutions file. No reference files are included.

Prepared and validated the exam package by running: python3 courseexam/prepare.py. The prepare script completed without errors.
