Thanks, but since this duplicates many files from the source tree, contains binaries and md5sums, it has to be regenerated on every commit which touches any of the duplicated files, which is an additional maintenance task. I also don't work on Debian on a daily basis, so I don't have required tools at hand to do this. Hence, I'd prefer to leave the packaging job to distribution maintainers. |

Ok it’s available if you ever want it. I’ve known for a long time that I’d
have to produce Debian packages if I really want mass adoption of my
KA9Q-radio package. Having a Debian package for dumphfdl and libacars has
really made it easy to install along with KA9Q-radio. Your stuff seems
pretty stable so it doesn’t look too hard for me to keep tracking your
version with my fork.

I've added the debian/ subdirectory and filled it with the configuration information necessary to build libacars as a Debian package that can be installed with apt.
