Principles

  1. 🌊 Knowledge should flow: not stay trapped in heads.
  2. 🧭 Record the why: not just the what.
  3. 🧰 Design for the next person: setup, onboarding, docs, and tools should reduce guessing and avoidable friction.
  4. 🔦 Make invisible work visible: expose hidden context, effort, and risk.
  5. 🏗️ Build capability: not hero dependency.
 Mental Models

  1. 🔄 SECI: turn tacit knowledge into shared knowledge.
  2. 🚌 Bus factor: one-person knowledge is system fragility.
  3. 📚 Docs as enablement: documentation is infrastructure, not archive.
  4. 🤝 AI amplifier: strengthen collaboration, not isolation.
  5. 🔍 PR as learning surface: reveal reasoning, gaps, and patterns.

🎯 The goal: fewer mysteries, fewer handover risks, and fewer systems that only make sense to their original builder.
