docs: update index.html meta data with Open Graph and Twitter card

This PR updates the index.html meta data to include Open Graph and Twitter Card tags for better social media sharing. It adds:

• Meta description for SEO
• Open Graph meta tags for Facebook sharing
• Twitter Card meta tags for Twitter sharing
• Dashboard preview image thumbnail (dashboard_preview_dark.png) for all social platforms
• Updated page title: "Ping Uptime - Website Monitoring & Uptime Tracking"

The changes improve search engine visibility and social media preview display.
