Removes the unused `commonsIo` dependency. Also, ignores the `com.github.topjohnwu.libsu` dependency in the license report generation.
Replaced the `com.google.android.gms.oss-licenses-plugin` with a custom implementation using licensee for displaying open-source licenses. Key changes include: - Removing the Google OSS Licenses plugin and its related library dependencies. - Adding a new `ui:settings` module and `AcknowledgementsActivity`.
