Cannot merge yet - @typescript-eslint/parser doesn't support ESLint 10.

Error

Running pnpm lint:boundaries fails with:

TypeError: scopeManager.addGlobals is not a function
    at addDeclaredGlobals (eslint/lib/languages/js/source-code/source-code.js:221:15)

Root Cause

The latest @typescript-eslint/parser@8.55.0 only supports ESLint versions:

• ✅ ESLint ^8.57.0
• ✅ ESLint ^9.0.0
• ❌ ESLint ^10.0.0 (not yet supported)

ESLint 10 introduced breaking API changes to the scope manager that require updates to @typescript-eslint/parser.

Resolution

Will wait for the typescript-eslint team to release an ESLint 10-compatible version. Renovate will automatically create a new PR once dependencies are updated.
