- Add CredentialSource and HelperConfig types to Provider
- Create pkg/helper/executor.go for external helper command execution
- Support both JSON protocol and simple text mode
- Add POST /api/providers/helper/test endpoint for testing helpers
- Update frontend types and ProviderFormDialog with credential source selector
- Support 1Password CLI, HashiCorp Vault, and custom scripts
