• Added a root-level Vagrantfile using Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
• Provisioned Go 1.24.5 and QuickNotes automatically
• Configured 127.0.0.1:18080 to guest port 8080
• Added snapshot save, break, restore, and recovery evidence
• Added VM versus Docker resource measurements for the bonus task

Verification

• Clean vagrant up --provision completed successfully
• QuickNotes health endpoint worked from both guest and host
• Snapshot restoration recovered the deleted Go installation
