users can customize all arguments to the =cypher-shell= program by using the ‘n4js-cli-other-arguments’ variable; however we want there to be an easier way to customize the most common options (address, username, and password). now there is.

hi! I'm using this project (thanks!) and have been writing a few patches. what do you think of them? should I keep sending them your way? (I should probably update the documentation too)
add variables for Neo4j username and password
and use them to log in. We could pass these using the cli-arguments variable, but then the password would be stored as plaintext.
