Please install iputils-ip, if you want to use $qdisc.
I believe I caused this confusion, but the name of the OpenWrt packet is ip-full not iputils-ip

This is a second version of handling the cake-mq installation correctly by using the QDISC variable as suggested by @moeller0 in #183 .
This will install cake_mq only when selected, and avoids installing cake_mq transparently.
