Minimal and reproducible ESPHome project for integrating a Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32S3 Sense camera into Home Assistant. Includes working ESPHome YAML, camera stream/snapshot, OTA support and a clean GitHub structure for future extensions (audio, enclosure, direct power supply, SD, etc.).
