autoMBIST is an OpenRAM-focused MBIST generation toolkit that automatically creates March C-based wrapper RTL, supports SA0/SA1 fault-injection simulation with Cocotb and Icarus Verilog, and outputs synthesis-ready artifacts for Yosys and other EDA flows.
