Automated geospatial pipeline ranking burned watersheds by post-fire debris-flow susceptibility from free public data — D8 flow accumulation + canyon-mouth basin delineation on 10 m USGS 3DEP DEMs, scored by burn severity × slope × contributing area. Validated at rank-AUC 0.987 (2017 Thomas Fire → 2018 Montecito). A within-fire relative ranking.
