Replaces usage of github.com/pkg/errors with fmt.Errorf in tsuruapi client. Moves github.com/go-logr/logr to direct dependency in go.mod and updates indirect dependencies accordingly. Cleans up setupLog variable declaration in main.go for clarity. Removes bin/controller-gen and updates .gitignore to exclude bin directory.
