- Frontend: custom repo URL input + branch selector (via new /repo-branches)\n- Backend: /repo-branches, local DB export/reset endpoints, task stage tracking in execution_metadata\n- Security: avoid embedding GitHub token in clone URL; stop printing API key prefix\n- CI: npm ci + lint + build; backend deps + unittest\n\nTested: .venv unittest, npm lint/build
