Added sorting of the states in line 52 so that the plotting correctly corresponds to the probability matrix (before the matrix was sorted but then the wrong headers were added which affected the plotting)
Adds a new function that allows for a different output (a flattened dataframe), made plotting the aggregate a default (user can still be specified), added visual weights to the edges when plotting

Added a few more functionalities that were useful for me (a different data output format, being able to visualise the aggregate instead of users etc). Just see which of those are interesting to you and ignore the rest ;) |
Removed double count when plotting the aggregate (led to wrong plotting) and adjusted the line width to make prettier plots.
