Description

This PR fixes medicine persistence and synchronization issues between the Medicine Tracker and Dashboard.

Changes Made

• Fixed issue where medicines disappeared after navigating between pages
• Added localStorage persistence to retain medicines after page changes and refresh
• Synced Dashboard medicine count with actual tracker data
• Added delete functionality for removing medicines dynamically
• Improved dashboard card button alignment and UI consistency

Result

• Medicines now persist correctly across navigation and app reloads
• Dashboard displays accurate medicine information
• Users can add and remove medicines seamlessly
• Improved overall user experience and dashboard layout consistency
