This change sets up a new React project in the 'dashboard' directory using Vite and Tailwind CSS. It installs all necessary dependencies, including 'lucide-react' and 'recharts', and integrates the user-provided 'LiquidationDashboard' component into the application. The development server is configured and the component is now running and viewable.
