fix: update ComponentLoader to limit height of content area

If the fixed height results in excessive white space in some documents, changing height to max-height can make it more aesthetically pleasing

Thank you for taking the time to submit this PR. Unfortunately, I need to close it for the following reasons:

1. Breaking component previews: Changing to max-height breaks the layout of components that rely on flexbox with flex-1, such as the Chatbot component. The input area no longer stays at the bottom as expected.

2. Consistent expectations: While fixed height may create whitespace for smaller components, it provides users with a consistent and predictable preview area across all components.
