Avoid crashing when calling the
getAll*functions when$HOMEisn't set. I can't see an easy fix for thegetUser*functions that don't involve changing the type signature.This is a partial fix for issue #6.
Tested with GHC 7.8.4 / Cabal 1.20.0.0.
