Adds Parse (https://parse.gl) to the GEO tools comparison.
What it is: Parse is an AI brand-visibility analytics tool that tracks how brands appear in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, benchmarks against competitors, and surfaces which sources get cited.
Why it fits the list: it genuinely tracks visibility in AI answers, which is the inclusion bar in CONTRIBUTING.md. Its distinguishing trait against the existing rows is an honest free option: a free public index covering 577K+ brands with no signup, which maps directly to the "honest free option" criterion you call out in the README.
