refactor(agent): strip agent configs to frontmatter only#5

Remove redundant behavioral instructions from all agent files. All behavioral rules now centralized in AGENTS.md. - Remove ~180 lines of duplicated Rules/Don'ts/User Context - Keep only model-specific frontmatter (model, temperature, options) - Update AGENTS.md with consolidated rules Reduces maintenance burden while preserving model-specific parameters.
