Migrates the Ingress resources for both staging and production to Traefik IngressRoutes. The changes included have already been applied and are safe to deploy whenever convenient.
For some reason, staging has its own TLS certificate but production uses the *.zooniverse.org cert. Probably just an oversight but I left it alone for now.
