• Follow-up on last meeting

  • Restaurant Sustainability

    • "Sustainability": environmental

    • End Product: Public Interactive Document of Restaurant Survey Results

    • IUSB Sustainability club is willing to design a survey. Will request electronic submission (Google Forms?). Engage 50 -75 restaurants individually. IUSBSC should document why each question is important.

    • Newer restaurants may be more willing, as well as those who pride themselves on locally-grown produce

    • Challenge for us in the short term: gathering restaurant data

      • Taylor has started a repo in the HM GitHub filtering business license data from the SB Open Data Portal to only include restaurant data with up-to-date licenses

  • Educational literature for the Open Data Portal

    • Some documentation for the portal itself. Maybe tutorials?

  • Event Planning kickoff and requirements list

  • Annica has the list(s), Vince has the typing.

• Next HM seminar

  • GitHub. Chris.

  • Vince will video and edit!

  • On a Saturday, 45 minutes plus Q & A. No assumption of prior knowledge, no attendee laptops required.
