Drops organism_type from add_taxonomy_to_qf, count_proteins_per_taxon, calc_percent_proteins_detected, plot_taxa_tree, plot_sunburst, and plot_percent_detected_taxa_tree. Updates fixtures, test helpers, and test files to match. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
