What
Graduate the Studio SDK writer per operation family under an explicit release policy.
Why
One global flag could expose incomplete families and did not encode ownership, deadline, or divergence criteria.
How
Add family policy/reporting, default-safe eligibility, named graduation criteria, and tests that failed results never invoke legacy writes.
